Dr. Mike Sagman was honored by his profession and became a Fellow in the International College of Dentists in October 2001.
The International College of Dentists is one of the world's leading international honor societies for dentists. Founded in 1920, the organization includes members in 122 countries, each of whom has been awarded the prestigious title of Fellow in the ICD (FICD).
Fellowship in the College is offered by invitation only. A nominated dentist must pass a rigorous, peer-review process leading to the recognition of the individual’s “outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind.”
All members of the College regardless of their native language or country of residence, adhere to one universal motto: Recognizing Service and the Opportunity to Serve.
The inspiring words that appear along the photos that adorn the ICD homepage highlight the values that define the International College of Dentists as well as the recognition of the motto in the organization's ongoing projects throughout the world.
Dr. Sagman continues to maintain membership status in the ICD and regularly attends international meetings.
